Location: Assigned property in Orlando, Florida, United States. On-site work is required, with periodic travel, on-call coverage, and after-hours or weekend emergency response as needed. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do
- Respond to maintenance and repair requests and complete service requests daily.
- Operate, monitor, diagnose, and perform preventive testing on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, BAS, generators, elevators, roofing, and other major building systems.
- Inspect and prepare vacated apartments, including appliance repair, carpentry, plumbing, painting, lighting, and basic electrical work.
- Monitor and maintain life-safety systems, including fire alarms, sprinklers, emergency lighting, smoke detectors, and fire pumps.
- Document completed work, parts used, follow-up needs, and required supplies in Entrata, CMMS, and related systems.
- Coordinate vendor access and work schedules, maintain inventories and work areas, and support pool, exterior, and common-area upkeep.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or trade school diploma, with 3β5 years of full-time general maintenance experience or equivalent experience.
- HVAC and EPA 608 certification covering Core, Type I, II, and III.
- Certified Pool Operator certification, or willingness to obtain it within six months.
- Working knowledge of key management and security systems, Entrata, CMMS, Building Automation Systems, and basic computer operations.
- Valid driverβs license, effective communication skills, punctuality, dependability, and a safety-conscious approach.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, respond to after-hours and weekend emergencies, travel when required, stand for 8 hours or longer, and lift up to 100 pounds.
