What you will do

• Manage and work down client IT and helpdesk tickets for designated Epic application areas.
• Provide production break/fix, maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and quality assurance support.
• Support optimization and upgrades for Epic Cadence and Prelude applications.
• Respond to customer inquiries and participate in client meetings remotely when needed.
• Communicate project status to clients and support additional mutually agreed activities.

Requirements

• Epic Cadence and Prelude certification required; additional Epic certifications are an advantage.
• At least 3 years of experience implementing Epic systems in hospitals and health systems.
• Willingness and ability to travel when necessary.
• Current permanent authorization to work in the United States required.
