Implementation Specialist - CRM (GoHighLevel)

Location: Remote within the United States, excluding California, New York, Washington, and Colorado

What you will do

• Conduct client training and super-user training ahead of go-live events using the standard CRM implementation methodology.
• Complete practice assessments and workflow analysis based on healthcare industry best practices.
• Support clients during go-live and resolve implementation issues through creative problem solving.
• Identify workflow improvement and CRM optimization opportunities after go-live.
• Coordinate with clients, Project Managers, Department Managers, and internal teams to track implementation progress and align delivery with client needs.

Requirements

• Three years of experience in healthcare IT, specifically CRM software implementation.
• At least one year of experience with GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Experience training clinical and non-clinical staff in individual and group settings.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to investigate issues and solve problems creatively.
• Must be located in an eligible U.S. state; California, New York, Washington, and Colorado are excluded.

Nice to have

• Experience in one of Nextech’s main medical specialties.
• Knowledge of medical clinic workflows, HIPAA, and PHI.
• Technical background in CRM or GoHighLevel.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
