Director, Enterprise Epic Applications- Clinical - SolutionHealth - Full Time

What you will do

• Lead the strategy, operational performance, and optimization of Epic and integrated third-party clinical applications across inpatient, ambulatory, home care, and ancillary services.
• Translate clinical and enterprise priorities into application strategies, investment decisions, operating models, and multiyear roadmaps.
• Coordinate Epic upgrades and programs including Gold Stars, Honor Roll, and Staying Current, while improving adoption and digital experience.
• Drive modernization of clinical workflows, documentation, decision support, interoperability, and clinician usability.
• Manage portfolio-level reliability, security, resilience, risks, dependencies, budgets, capacity, and value realization.
• Lead managers and senior staff while partnering with executive, clinical, informatics, business, revenue cycle, and IT stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, information technology, business, or a related field, or equivalent progressive experience, certifications, and education.
• At least seven years of combined IT and healthcare experience, including at least three years managing Epic applications.
• Epic certification in multiple modules relevant to the portfolio.
• ITIL Foundation Certification within six months of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred.
