What you will do

• Lead and develop the AI & Innovation team, building organizational capabilities and supporting team growth.
• Identify high-value opportunities for AI, automation, and digitalization across Engineering and Operations.
• Lead the adoption of AI solutions, reusable components, and platforms across the organization.
• Advance engineering automation through AI-enabled workflows and intelligent tools.
• Align engineering automation, digitalization, and CAx activities with the broader AI strategy.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in AI, Data Science, Software Engineering, Digital Transformation, or a related technology field.
• Experience leading AI, innovation, automation, or digital transformation initiatives through successful business adoption.
• Deep expertise in AI and Generative AI, including agentic AI architectures, machine learning, RAG, and data-driven application development.
• Experience with cloud technologies and AI platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure, as well as LLMs, agent frameworks, LangGraph, MCP, vector databases, and process automation platforms.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
