Senior AI Engineer

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States; other listed locations include Dover, United States, and multiple locations in Germany.

Salary: €50,000–€60,000 per year.

What you will do

• Design and maintain scalable APIs and SDKs for agentic and RAG-based AI solutions.
• Integrate AI capabilities with ITSM, CRM, document management, and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Build and govern custom GPT-style applications, connectors, and enterprise integrations.
• Maintain vector databases and retrieval pipelines for accurate domain-grade outputs.
• Create reference implementations and templates, and support adoption through enablement sessions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building LLM-powered applications.
• Strong software or AI engineering experience with Python and R.
• Hands-on expertise with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and agent frameworks.
• Strong cloud and DevOps experience, including containers, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
• Experience designing secure AI integrations and custom GPT-style tools.

Nice to have

• Azure experience.
• Background in regulated environments such as legal or financial services.
