What you will do

• Build and ship AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, and agentic patterns for both product and internal use.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI systems from problem framing and architecture to deployment and monitoring.
• Design and implement quality evaluation frameworks, including offline evals and continuous improvement loops.
• Develop scalable inference pipelines with a focus on latency, cost, security, and observability.
• Collaborate with domain teams to integrate AI into onboarding, customer care, and fraud detection workflows.
• Contribute to AI platform tooling to improve reuse and consistency across teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience building and deploying AI systems in production environments.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with deep proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with LLM applications: RAG, tool use, agents, and prompt engineering.
• Ability to design meaningful evaluation and monitoring loops for AI outputs.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Fluent English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, risk, compliance, or operations-heavy environments.
• Knowledge of applied ML (classification, anomaly detection) beyond LLMs.
• Experience with vector databases and retrieval infrastructure.
• Background as a startup founder or contributions to AI open-source projects.
