Location: Remote (Japan, Korea, Singapore, Europe)

What you will do

Build and ship features for North, our AI workspace platform
Develop autonomous agents that interact with sensitive enterprise data
Experiment rapidly to deliver solutions that exceed customer expectations
Work across the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization to production
Lead end-to-end deployment of North in private cloud and on-premises environments

Requirements

Experience working directly with customers
Proficient in Python with production experience
Experience building and deploying RAG/agentic applications
Strong coding abilities across the stack
Ability to excel in fast-paced environments

Nice to have

Experience in AI or related fields
