Salary: $85,897–$167,023 per year. Typical new-hire ranges are $85,897–$108,803 in Akron and $90,669–$114,848 in Cleveland.

What you will do

  • Lead roadway, public works, architecture, and engineering projects from initiation through closeout.
  • Plan and manage project scope, budgets, schedules, resources, work plans, deliverables, and quality control.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, third-party contractors, consultants, and subconsultants.
  • Serve as the primary client contact and manage project communications, expectations, presentations, and progress reporting.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, change orders, fee negotiations, monthly billing, invoices, and accounts receivable tracking.
  • Identify and mitigate scope, schedule, budget, compliance, and delivery risks while supporting business development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field, with at least 4 years of direct project management experience in design and construction; alternatively, 10 years of related experience and/or training.
  • Professional licensure such as RA, PE, PS, or RLA is preferred.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Deltek, and Newforma.
  • Ability to enter daily timesheet data and use Microsoft Outlook for email communication.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement based in Akron or Cleveland, Ohio.
