Senior Project Manager (Architecture)

Location: Hybrid in Columbus, Akron, or Cleveland, Ohio

Salary: $96,148–$195,149 per year. Typical new-hire ranges are $101,489–$131,519 in Columbus, $96,148–$124,597 in Akron, and $101,489–$131,519 in Cleveland.

What you will do

• Plan, execute, and deliver complex, high-value A&E projects within scope, schedule, quality, and budget requirements.
• Prepare proposals, project scopes, schedules, fee budgets, change orders, billings, and contract negotiations.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and subconsultants across projects and geographic locations.
• Manage project financial performance, invoicing, accounts receivable, risks, and performance metrics.
• Maintain executive-level client relationships and support strategic account growth and new business pursuits.
• Mentor project managers, assistant project managers, and design team members while advancing delivery standards and training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a related field, with at least 10 years of direct project management experience in design and construction; alternatively, 15 years of related experience and/or training is required.
• Professional licensure such as RA, PE, PS, or RLA is preferred.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Deltek, and Newforma.
• Computer skills for daily timesheet entry and Microsoft Outlook correspondence.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Columbus, Akron, or Cleveland, Ohio.
