Health, Safety, and Environmental Coordinator (Oil and Gas)

Location: Dallas, TX; travel up to 100% across the United States. Flexible and varied schedule, including nights and weekends, with 30 days on and 10 days off rotations.

What you will do

• Visit job sites and perform health, safety, and environmental audits.
• Investigate incidents and support emergency response activities.
• Assist operations with the implementation and communication of HSE programs.
• Conduct compliance meetings, safety training, and new-hire orientations.
• Travel to energy infrastructure projects across the United States.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in a safety role.
• At least five years of experience in the oil or gas industry.
• Valid driver license for the vehicles driven and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel up to 100% across the United States.
• Ability to work 30 days on and 10 days off rotations.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends.

Nice to have

• Board of Certified Safety Professionals and/or Certified Utility Safety Professional credentials.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.
