Bilingual Safety Coordinator (Construction)

Location: Raleigh, North Carolina; regular work at active construction sites

What you will do

• Conduct daily jobsite safety walks and hazard assessments.
• Enforce company safety policies and site-specific safety plans, including PPE and equipment requirements.
• Participate in and help facilitate toolbox talks and safety meetings.
• Assist with incident investigations, documentation, safety logs, inspection reports, and compliance records.
• Coordinate and track safety training for field employees.
• Partner with project leadership, subcontractors, and vendors to address unsafe conditions and maintain site compliance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent training, education, and relevant experience.
• 0–2 years of construction or safety experience; commercial construction experience is preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification, or willingness to obtain it within 90 days.
• Bilingual Spanish and English communication skills are required.
• Reliable transportation and availability to work extended hours as needed.
• Strong organization, communication, problem-solving, time-management, and interpersonal skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital reporting tools.
