Vice President, Corporate Communications - Global Wealth & Retirement

Location: New York, NY; in-office 4 days per week

Base salary: $200,000–$220,000 per year, plus potential annual discretionary incentive compensation

What you will do

• Lead global communications for the Global Wealth & Retirement business and serve as the central media relations contact.
• Build relationships with mainstream, trade, emerging, influencer, and digital-first media.
• Develop messaging frameworks, talking points, press materials, and external positioning aligned with firmwide priorities.
• Lead communications strategy for global wealth and retirement conferences, including event selection, speaking opportunities, execution, and speaker preparation.
• Coordinate communications with regional teams across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
• Support crisis communications, issues management, and reputational risk response strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in corporate communications or media relations within global wealth, retirement, or asset management.
• Established relationships with top-tier media, wealth and retirement trade press, and emerging or influencer media.
• Experience with crisis and issues management, executive communications, and senior stakeholder advising.
• Experience working across global teams in a matrixed organization, with strong judgment, organization, collaboration, and communication skills.
