What you will do

• Manage the operational infrastructure for global PR, including media strategy, content calendars, and messaging frameworks.
• Collaborate with product leaders to align external messaging with the product roadmap and innovate the company's press voice.
• Secure top-tier media profiles, speaking engagements, and industry awards to build executive credibility.
• Partner with Investor Relations and Finance to align earnings communications with broader company narratives.
• Oversee owned media channels, including the corporate newsroom and blog, to drive category leadership.
• Develop and execute crisis communications plans and implement AI tools to optimize team output.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in PR or corporate communications, specifically within public companies or highly regulated industries.
• Proven track record of building communications operations and securing executive visibility in top-tier media.
• Working knowledge of earnings cycles, investor expectations, and financial disclosure requirements.
• Experience managing corporate newsrooms and complex, multi-stakeholder programs on budget.
• Expertise in crisis communications and the ability to execute response plans under pressure.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve communication workflows.
