Head of Individual Markets Communications

Location: Hybrid, with 3 days per week in the New York, NY office; up to 20% travel within the United States

Salary: $155,370–$255,255 per year, plus potential incentive compensation

What you will do

• Define and execute integrated internal communications strategies supporting growth and transformation across the Individual Markets business.
• Advise executives and stakeholders on communications strategy and execution.
• Lead change communications for major transformation initiatives, including stakeholder mapping, risk and issue management, and adoption communications.
• Develop program plans, leader messages, speaker presentations, and event facilitation guides.
• Establish success metrics and provide insights to improve communication impact.
• Collaborate across business, strategy, talent, and communications functions to drive alignment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of communications experience, preferably in insurance, financial services, or another highly regulated industry.
• Experience with internal communications, campaigns, and building relationships with senior leaders.
• Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or professional equivalent.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
