IT Talent Development Specialist III

Location: Columbus, OH; office workplace type. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States. Flexible work arrangements may be available for certain positions, with specific arrangements provided by the hiring team.

What you will do

• Deliver and maintain governance programs, materials, tools, training, and reporting.
• Assess existing programs and reports, identify gaps, and implement improvements.
• Design initiatives supporting VMO governance, workforce enablement, and tooling.
• Monitor compliance with VMO standards and processes and recommend mitigation actions.
• Support taxonomy, value stream, and OKR definition, governance, and reporting.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, conduct research, present recommendations, and provide subject matter expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5–8 years of experience in a delivery role such as BSA, tester, or developer, or in a Value Management Office role.
• Proficiency with O365, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with delivery management tools such as Azure DevOps, ServiceNow PPM, or AgilePlace.
• Strong technical writing, process mapping, communication, facilitation, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience creating process maps with Visio or similar tools.
• Understanding of solution delivery frameworks.
• Experience delivering training, mentoring, coaching, and resolving conflicts.
