Learning & Talent Development Specialist

Location: In-office role based in Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH; Denver, CO; Birmingham, AL; Houston, TX; Dallas, TX; or Miamisburg, OH

Base salary: $41,250.00–$75,625.00 per year

What you will do

• Support the development and delivery of learning and talent development programs using established learning principles.
• Consult with stakeholders and create learning resources, training materials, and other program deliverables.
• Deliver learning programs to live audiences in person and virtually, including stand-up classroom instruction.
• Review learning materials for quality, accuracy, organizational relevance, and alignment with business outcomes.
• Build relationships with HR, management, business units, external partners, and participants in the learning environment.
• Analyze program data and learning metrics, prepare reports, and recommend areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Less than one year of professional experience or successful completion of a formal development program; equivalent education, certifications, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, coaching, curriculum development, employee development, facilitation, learning management, talent development, talent management, and training delivery.
• Accuracy and attention to detail, business acumen, live instruction, problem solving, project management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Must work in an in-office setting at one of the listed U.S. locations.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.

• Experience with Articulate 360.
