Oracle Health Go-Live Solution Consultant (Oracle Health)

Location: Chicago, United States; extensive travel is required for client engagements and implementation activities.

What you will do

• Support Oracle Health implementation, go-live, hypercare, stabilization, optimization, and post-implementation activities.
• Provide end-user support, workflow guidance, and issue resolution for clinicians, operational leaders, and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Assess clinical, ambulatory, acute care, ancillary, revenue cycle, and operational workflows to identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate issue triage, prioritization, escalation, resolution, and tracking of risks, dependencies, and critical incidents.
• Support adoption, operational readiness, and change management through coaching, knowledge transfer, and stakeholder engagement.
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, issue logs, risk registers, training materials, metrics, and executive communications.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Oracle Health or Cerner experience in healthcare implementations, go-lives, optimization, informatics, adoption, operational transformation, or application support.
• Experience with healthcare workflows and technology deployments or post-implementation support programs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience documenting issues, tracking resolutions, and communicating project status and recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or other government-required background investigation.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle Health go-live, stabilization, optimization, adoption, or post-go-live recovery initiatives.
• Clinical informatics, workflow optimization, process improvement, operational excellence, change management, readiness, training, or super-user program experience.
• Experience analyzing adoption metrics, operational performance indicators, support trends, or dashboard reporting.
• Federal healthcare, VA EHRM, Department of Defense, Oracle Health Federal, VistA, CPRS, or other legacy healthcare information systems experience.
• Oracle Health, PROSCI, clinical licensure, healthcare informatics, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or SAFe certifications.
