Senior Revenue Cycle Consultant - Oracle Health

Location: US - National; up to 100% travel may be required, and remote work flexibility depends on the client engagement.

What you will do

• Provide subject matter expertise for Oracle Health Revenue Cycle client projects, including Charge Services, Patient Accounting, Patient Access, and HIM.
• Guide clients through workflows, upgrades, system changes, enhancements, maintenance, and application implementations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and functional issues, including escalated client concerns and application break/fix problems.
• Analyze workflows, document issues, recommend optimization opportunities, and coordinate solutions with project leadership.
• Plan and execute domain validation, package testing, unit testing, integrated testing, and test script execution.
• Mentor client project teams and collaborate with internal IT teams, vendors, end users, and project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent healthcare and technical experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Oracle Health Revenue Cycle build and implementation experience.
• Experience with domain validation, package testing, application break/fix resolution, and designing, building, and testing system changes.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, multitasking, and deadline-management skills.
• Ability to adapt to new project assignments, work environments, teams, client policies, and changing travel arrangements.
• Availability to work nights and weekends when required by the engagement.
