Personal Banker (Banking)

What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Conduct outbound calls, appointment setting, lobby engagement, and service-to-sales conversations.
• Identify customer needs and position appropriate banking products and solutions.
• Build customer loyalty and expand share of wallet through personalized financial guidance.
• Resolve customer problems using banking product and procedural knowledge.
• Follow risk, loss-prevention, and branch operating procedures accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• Typically an associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; no degree is required if comparable qualifications are demonstrated.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, prospecting, selling, and customer needs.
• Strong communication, customer service, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available for this position.
• Additional background checks may be required under applicable consumer financial protection regulations.
