Financial Relationship Banker - Lancaster

Location: Lancaster, Ohio, United States; office-based. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States. Immigration sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Identify customer financial goals and recommend appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products.
• Grow and retain consumer and business relationships through appointments, referrals, customer follow-up, and a structured sales process.
• Educate customers about online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.
• Refer customers to other bank areas and build strong internal partnerships.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, technology, policies, and regulatory procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, plus two years of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales; or a bachelor's degree, plus one year of relevant experience.
• One year of knowledge of consumer and business deposit products and lending, or business-to-business sales experience.
• Military experience in administration, contracting, civil affairs, or a similar role may count toward the experience requirement.
• Current full-time work authorization in the United States is required.
