Client Officer (Banking)

Location: In Office in Inglewood, California, United States

Salary: $22.27–$33.43 per hour, plus eligibility for bonuses and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Support branch operations, client transactions, cash handling, workflow, scheduling, certifications, and operational reviews.
• Maintain branch operational integrity and help ensure compliance with regulations, bank policies, and legal requirements.
• Deliver client service, support client retention, and recommend appropriate banking products and services.
• Promote cross-selling and identify referral opportunities to achieve branch sales and profitability goals.
• Coach, mentor, motivate, and support banking office sales and service colleagues.
• Manage new account opening, account maintenance, service requests, client profiling, risk management, and loss prevention.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of direct sales experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a banking environment.
• At least 2 years of basic computer experience, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must be in good standing under the Safe Act and registered/licensed with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry, or eligible for registration.
• Knowledge of bank policies, procedures, products, services, regulatory compliance, and audit procedures.
• Strong communication, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
