Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS

What you will do

• Serve walk-in customers as a financial concierge and provide excellent customer service.
• Identify consumer and business customer goals and recommend suitable deposit and banking products.
• Build customer relationships through follow-up programs, outbound calls, referrals, and a structured sales process.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently and balance daily transactions.
• Educate customers and refer them to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of customer service or qualifying military experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Demonstrated ability in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required.
• Immigration benefit and work-permission sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• At least one year of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash-handling skills.
• Comfort using mobile services and online banking technology.
