What you will do

• Develop OEM in-vitro diagnostic controls and calibrators for cardiac, immunoassay, urinalysis, tumor marker, drug monitoring, and protein applications.
• Develop new products and methods, and optimize or refine existing product lines.
• Manufacture liquid chemistry and serum-based bulks, intermediates, stock solutions, and raw materials.
• Perform in-process analyses, assay testing, final release testing, and adjustments to bring analytes into specification.
• Prepare feasibility, development, and transfer reports and maintain accurate records.
• Support equipment and process validation, personnel training, laboratory maintenance, and new product transfers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biological Science, or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in in-vitro diagnostics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or a related industry.
• Knowledge of laboratory research concepts, chemical and biochemical properties, and volumetric and gravimetric measurement.
• Ability to perform centrifugation, diafiltration, filtration, column separation, aseptic filling and capping, and microbial plating.
• Basic troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
