Digital Senior Director (Finance Transformation, Financial Services)

Location: Chicago - 550 Van Buren, United States; significant onsite client contact and willingness to travel weekly required.

Base salary: $215,000–$275,000 USD annually. Total estimated compensation including annual incentive: $268,000–$371,000 USD.

What you will do

• Lead business-process discovery across the financial services value chain with senior client stakeholders.
• Map current-state processes, define target operating models, quantify outcomes, and sequence transformation initiatives.
• Design platform-agnostic, end-to-end architectures connecting processes with applications, data, risk, compliance, and reporting layers.
• Own qualified pipeline and revenue, manage pursuits, develop proposals and pricing, and lead final solution presentations.
• Serve as delivery principal after close, ensuring continuity and quality from sale through execution.
• Build executive relationships and orchestrate solutions with Data & Analytics, GenAI/Automation, and Customer Experience teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, computer science, or a related field.
• 10+ years leading business-process and technology transformation in financial services, enterprise applications, or consulting, and/or 10+ years in the financial services industry.
• Deep process fluency across finance, FP&A, risk and compliance, treasury, payments, lending, servicing, and operations.
• Experience in solution architecture, presales, discovery, estimating, proposal development, and executive presentations.
• Demonstrated P&L ownership or revenue origination, C-suite advisory, and executive relationship management.
• Willingness to travel weekly and maintain significant onsite client contact.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree, CPA, or CMA.
• Experience with Oracle, Workday, Microsoft, Salesforce, Amazon Web Services, UiPath, or Blue Prism.
• Partner, alliance, and co-sell experience.
• Thought leadership demonstrated through speaking engagements or publications.
