Director, Finance Automation (AI)

Location: Dallas, United States; travel expectations of 30% or greater.

Compensation range: $134,000–$269,000 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Develop and execute growth and go-to-market strategies for Finance Transformation and Automation offerings.
• Lead or participate in sales cycles and advise senior client stakeholders.
• Lead finance transformation projects, including solution architecture and implementation oversight.
• Help clients apply technology and artificial intelligence to accounting and finance needs.
• Lead, train, and mentor consultants and project teams throughout delivery.
• Analyze and optimize processes, document solutions, manage projects, and collaborate across teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or performance improvement consulting.
• Consulting or professional services experience with prior pre-sales or sales experience.
• Required artificial intelligence acumen and experience, along with strong financial data analysis skills.
• Strong leadership, executive presence, communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with multiple clients, operational process reviews, and internal control requirements.

Nice to have

• Corporate or industry accounting experience.
• CPA certification.
