Director – Treasury Technology | Global Treasury Practice (Treasury Technology)

Location: Chicago or near any hirify.global office location within the United States

Salary: $134,000–$269,000 plus discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.

What you will do

• Own the strategy, growth, market positioning, methodologies, and go-to-market approach for the Treasury Technology offering.
• Advise CFOs, Treasurers, CIOs, and other senior executives on TMS selection, treasury technology strategy, transformation roadmaps, and technology-enabled operating models.
• Lead business development, including executive relationships, proposals, RFP responses, client presentations, strategic pursuits, and account expansion.
• Oversee major treasury technology engagements and support teams with complex implementation, integration, process, and organizational challenges.
• Develop relationships and alliances with established and emerging treasury technology providers.
• Build, lead, recruit, and mentor a high-performing Treasury Technology team across U.S. and global delivery locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior consulting experience and significant experience in treasury consulting, treasury technology, corporate treasury, banking, financial services, or finance transformation.
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems and platforms such as Kyriba, FIS, SAP Treasury, GTreasury, Trovata, Reval, or similar solutions.
• Strong knowledge of cash management, liquidity, forecasting, payments, bank connectivity, debt, investments, and treasury risk management.
• Experience leading complex initiatives, developing business, originating opportunities, managing senior client relationships, and leading high-performing teams.
• Applicants must be able to work in the United States; hirify.global does not intend to hire entry-level candidates who require current or future sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Corporate treasury leadership experience in a multinational organization.
• Experience evaluating TMS platforms, managing technology vendor alliances, or launching consulting offerings.
• Experience with automation, AI, data analytics, digital transformation, and emerging treasury technologies.
• Experience in banking, financial institutions, asset management, insurance, fintech, or other financial services organizations.
• MBA, relevant professional certification, or international experience.
