HRIS Manager

What you will do

• Lead the HR technology portfolio, including architecture, solution design, integrations, reporting, security, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Deliver, support, enhance, and optimize Workday, UKG Dimensions, Dayforce, and related HR applications.
• Oversee system configuration, releases, testing, deployments, upgrades, change management, data management, and system health.
• Partner with HR, IT, PMO, cybersecurity, compliance, enterprise architecture, and business stakeholders on technology initiatives.
• Manage vendors, service levels, budgets, resource allocation, operational metrics, and continuous improvement.
• Lead, coach, and develop HRIS professionals while establishing team goals, performance expectations, and development plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HRIS, Business Systems, or a related field; relevant experience may substitute.
• At least 7 years of experience supporting, implementing, or managing HRIS platforms and enterprise applications.
• Strong Workday experience across areas such as Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Learning, and Time & Attendance.
• Experience leading HR technology implementations, integrations, upgrades, enhancements, workflow automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and process improvements.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, departmental priorities, resource planning, and cross-functional delivery.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Nice to have

• Workday or equivalent HR technology certifications.
• Experience supporting global HR organizations and multi-country operations.
• Knowledge of HR compliance, reporting, data governance, security, analytics, and integration solutions.
