IT HRIS Senior Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Dallas, Texas or Westminster, Colorado, United States; occasional travel to company offices, operational locations, or acquisition sites up to 10%.

Salary: $200,000–$220,000 USD annually, plus signing bonus and 20% bonus opportunity.

What you will do

• Assess HRIS processes across corporate and field operations, identify inefficiencies, and establish standardized enterprise-wide processes.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Payroll, Time Capture, Procurement, Operations, HR, and IT to define future-state requirements.
• Evaluate and lead the selection of HRIS, ERP, payroll, time capture, automation, and integration solutions.
• Define KPIs, baselines, reporting, and continuous-improvement plans for HRIS processes.
• Lead implementation initiatives by developing business cases, project plans, roadmaps, and risk-management plans.
• Support change management, training, executive communication, vendor coordination, and M&A-related HRIS integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in HR operations, business process improvement, or IT HRIS systems, including 5+ years leading HR technology or process transformation projects.
• Experience assessing and redesigning processes across multiple stakeholder groups and implementing ERP HRIS systems such as Viewpoint Vista, Sage, SAP, Oracle, or Workday.
• Experience optimizing processes through automation and AI, defining KPIs, and measuring process improvement.
• Working knowledge of HR, compensation, talent acquisition, learning and development, payroll, time and attendance, labor cost allocation, and finance integrations.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Dallas, Texas, or Westminster, Colorado.

Nice to have

• MBA or another advanced related degree.
• Experience in construction, engineering, or industrial services.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or another project management or process improvement certification.
• Experience with M&A due diligence and integration, structured change management, and external consulting or vendor management.
