What you will do

• Develop and update technical training materials, including manuals, service guides, bulletins, videos, troubleshooting procedures, and repair instructions.
• Deliver classroom, virtual, and hands-on training for service technicians, authorized service centers, service partners, call center teams, and internal staff.
• Provide advanced technical support and help resolve escalated repair cases and complex appliance failures.
• Maintain product expertise and study new appliance designs and technologies before launch.
• Evaluate trainee knowledge and technician performance through tests and practical assessments, then recommend additional training.
• Collect field feedback, identify recurring product issues, and collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and R&D on product reliability improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Appliance Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in home appliance service, technical support, or technical training.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, refrigeration systems, mechanical components, electronic controls, and PCB diagnostics.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, technical drawings, and service manuals.
• Familiarity with testing equipment and diagnostic tools.
• Excellent presentation, communication, analytical, troubleshooting, project management, and time management skills; willingness to travel for training and field support.
