Auto Property Damage Adjuster (Fast Track Representative)

Location: Lenexa, Kansas, United States; primarily in the office

What you will do

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve first- and third-party auto liability claims, minor injury claims, and low-complexity general liability losses.
• Review coverage, liability, damages, applicable law, and supporting evidence to create resolution action plans.
• Document claim facts, maintain evidence, and establish and review loss and expense reserves with supporting rationale.
• Provide timely customer service and ongoing communication to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage claim diaries and assigned claim inventories while following claim-handling guidelines.
• Comply with statutory, regulatory, and company requirements across applicable jurisdictions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Two years of previous claims-handling experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
• Analytical decision-making, strong organization, attention to detail, and sound judgment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Property and Casualty licenses are required and must be obtained within six months of hire.
