Auto Damage Adjuster (Field)

Location: Lenexa, Kansas / Kansas City, Kansas; this is not a remote role and requires work in the posted territory. The position may involve field, remote, or in-office work depending on operational needs.

Salary: $32.05–$40.70 per hour, with an annual range of $64,575–$82,000. A separate general annual salary guideline lists $32.05–$49.86 per hour.

What you will do

• Handle auto damage claims from assessment through prompt and accurate settlement.
• Use technical and industry knowledge to evaluate complex claims.
• Deliver responsive customer service throughout the claims process.
• Apply sound attention to detail and decision-making when resolving claims.
• Work flexibly across field, remote, and in-office settings as required by the position.

Requirements

• At least 12 months of auto damage experience and a demonstrated record of successful claims handling.
• Valid driver's license meeting company underwriting guidelines.
• Ability to maintain applicable state and federal certifications and permits.
• Solid computer skills, mechanical aptitude, multitasking ability, and strong attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
