Senior Financial Analyst

Location: New York, NY, United States. Work arrangement: Hybrid, with 3 days per week in the office.

Base salary: $160,000–$180,000 per year, plus a discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Support monthly financial reporting and analyze performance against forecasts, budgets, and prior periods.
• Prepare variance analyses, executive reporting materials, business cases, and senior-management presentations.
• Support forecasting, business planning, quarterly earnings, investor relations, and Board-reporting activities.
• Build and maintain financial models and evaluate forecast scenarios, business drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Track strategic initiatives, measure financial impact, and translate analysis into actionable insights.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Investor Relations, and business teams while improving reporting and forecasting through automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance or analytical roles, including FP&A, corporate strategy, investment banking, equity research, or a related area.
• Experience with forecasting, financial reporting, financial modeling, executive presentations, and business cases.
• Experience supporting earnings, investor relations, or Board reporting.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and performance metrics, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with planning and reporting systems such as Workday Adaptive, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
