Product Manager, Risk Solutions - USDS (Risk Management)

Location: San Jose, United States. Fully in-person schedule up to 5 days a week.

Salary: $149,040–$311,600 annually, with potential discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Build risk control policies and processes for account integrity, engagement authenticity, anti-spam, API abuse, growth fraud, live streaming security, and financial safety.
• Promote transparency and understanding of policies while educating internal and external stakeholders on compliance.
• Support the construction, optimization, and adoption of internal platforms and tools.
• Develop user education programs that improve security awareness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and engineering teams to create scalable, intelligent, privacy-safe, and secure solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders and reach agreements.
• Ability to remain composed in critical situations and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, self-driven, curious, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in risk-related domains.
• Experience designing KRI/KPI metrics and risk frameworks, performing risk assessments, developing control strategies, and conducting root cause analysis.
