What you will do

• Manage the software development lifecycle of new features and technology to bring insurance products to market.
• Collaborate with Insurance, Operations, and Underwriting teams to build a roadmap that drives profitable growth.
• Lead change management efforts with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth product launches.
• Own end-to-end execution and delivery of features working with dedicated engineering and design teams.
• Implement and manage updates to underwriting rules, risk definitions, rating logic, and supporting UX/UI.
• Coordinate with vendors to implement and support insurance product changes.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of proven experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS company.
• Strong track record of managing internal/external relationships and leading change management initiatives.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable product solutions.
• Strong project management and collaboration skills across business, operations, and engineering teams.
• Must be based in Boston.

• Familiarity with insurance and/or underwriting systems.
