Product Manager, Risk Solutions - USDS

Location: Seattle, United States; fully in-person schedule up to 5 days a week

Salary: $156,864–$296,020 annually, with potential discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Build risk control policies and processes, promoting transparency and stakeholder understanding.
• Educate internal and external stakeholders to support compliance with risk processes.
• Assist with the construction, optimization, and rollout of internal platforms and tools.
• Develop user education programs that improve security awareness.
• Work with cross-functional and engineering teams on scalable, privacy-safe, and secure risk solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in the risk domain.
• Experience designing KRI/KPI metrics and frameworks for risk functions.
• Experience with risk assessment, risk control strategies, and root cause analysis.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, stay composed in critical situations, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
