Sr. Product Manager-RAS Agentic Commerce

Location: US - Foster City, CA; at least 3 days in the office required. Travel: 5–10%.

Salary: $169,100–$270,800 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and sales incentives where applicable.

What you will do

• Lead Risk & Security product strategy for agentic commerce and partner with the Agentic Commerce team on payment-flow priorities.
• Define fraud and risk problem statements, target outcomes, product requirements, roadmaps, and launch decisions.
• Assess AI-agent, digital identity, delegated authorization, wallet, tokenization, and emerging fraud trends.
• Align fraud, identity, authentication, disputes, data, and AI teams around cohesive solutions and roadmaps.
• Lead discovery, design thinking, prototyping, and cross-functional product execution.
• Develop product narratives and positioning for hirify.global’s agentic commerce risk solutions.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or the equivalent experience level with an advanced degree or PhD.
• Product management, product ownership, business process analysis, or sales operations experience.
• Experience applying Agile principles across design, development, testing, and product management.
• Experience managing complex projects, product trade-offs, failure points, and error-handling approaches for product resiliency.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with systems, marketing, and sales teams.
• Ability to work from the Foster City office at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Agile certifications such as CSM or CSPO, or equivalent credentials.
• Experience developing software capabilities for sales, service, or customer relationship management functions.
• Additional relevant experience with an advanced degree.
