Product Manager - USDS (AI)

Location: San Jose, United States; fully in-person schedule up to 5 days a week

Salary: $165,120–$414,000 annually, plus potential discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Drive product strategy for the U.S. across multiple business areas.
• Architect and implement user-facing products, operational tooling, and machine learning systems.
• Partner with Machine Learning Engineering teams on model development and measurement.
• Lead ideation, prioritization, execution, user research, KPI design, A/B testing, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Define long-term product roadmaps and OKRs while collaborating on product, technical, privacy, legal, and security decisions.
• Coordinate with global teams across regions, time zones, and languages, including domestic and international travel.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Business Management, or an equivalent field.
• 5+ years of product management experience with consumer-facing social media, user-generated content, mobile, or SaaS companies.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven product decisions.
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across diverse teams.
• Ability to ensure products and strategies meet local and regional compliance, legal, and security requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience understanding, detecting, and moderating AI-generated content.
• Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical teams across time zones, cultures, and languages.
• Experience working with Data Science, Machine Learning, and Software Development teams.
