Staff Systems Analyst, HRIS

What you will do

• Establish HR technology standards, governance processes, and solution architecture for Workday, UKG Dimensions, Dayforce, and related applications.
• Administer, configure, maintain, test, and support HRIS platforms, workflows, security roles, reporting, and system functionality.
• Design, develop, monitor, and troubleshoot integrations using APIs, middleware, file transfers, and related data exchange capabilities.
• Develop HR reports, dashboards, calculated fields, analytics solutions, audits, and data quality reviews.
• Lead HR technology projects, upgrades, releases, automation, and AI-enabled solutions that improve efficiency and employee experience.
• Provide technical guidance, documentation, training, knowledge transfer, and mentoring to HRIS team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HRIS, Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related field; relevant experience may substitute.
• 7+ years of experience supporting, administering, configuring, or implementing HRIS, enterprise applications, or business systems.
• Deep expertise in Workday architecture, configuration, integrations, reporting, and security.
• Experience with Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, Learning, Payroll, and Time & Attendance.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Experience with automation, workflow technologies, AI capabilities, process improvement, vendor-supported solutions, and managed service providers.

Nice to have

• Workday or comparable HR technology certifications.
• Experience with machine learning, generative AI, or other AI solutions.
• Experience supporting global HR organizations and multi-country operations.
• Knowledge of HR compliance, data governance, reporting, and security practices.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
