Workday Systems Sr Analyst - Talent Acquisition (Location Flexible) (Workday)

Location: Minneapolis; open to any of hirify.global's US-based markets. Work may be performed from home, an office, a client site, or other relevant business locations, with in-person attendance required when business needs, collaboration, client service, development, or travel warrant it.

Compensation range: $81,900–$139,700 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Develop and support Workday Recruiting solutions, recruiting workflows, candidate lifecycle processes, and talent acquisition integrations.
• Gather, document, analyze, and prioritize requirements from Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, HR, business stakeholders, sponsors, and project managers.
• Define solutions for requisition management, candidate experience, interview scheduling, offer management, onboarding integrations, reporting, and job postings.
• Monitor recruiting integrations, automations, job board interfaces, candidate data feeds, and third-party technology connections.
• Troubleshoot system failures, remediate issues, manage tickets, and implement monitoring, logging, and notification processes.
• Provide coaching, training, and knowledge-transfer sessions on Workday Recruiting functionality and operational best practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced working knowledge of HRIS, talent management, applicant tracking systems, or recruiting systems.
• Ability to capture and document recruiting business requirements and potential technology solutions.
• Experience with recruiting system enhancements, integrations, testing, release support, and stakeholder engagement.
