Workday Recruiting Senior Systems Analyst - HRIS (Workday)

What you will do

• Design, configure, test, and deploy Workday HCM functional modules, including Recruiting, Talent Management, and Compensation.
• Align Workday configurations with global and local business, statutory, regulatory, and cultural requirements.
• Maintain and optimize business processes, security roles, workflows, and integrations.
• Document configurations, changes, and customizations for audits, training, and operational continuity.
• Support reports, dashboards, and analytics that provide workforce insights.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders on requirements and system enhancement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4+ years of Workday configuration experience, including regional or global deployments of Workday HCM modules.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams across global functions.
• Experience handling sensitive data confidentially and taking ownership of deliverables.
