HRIS Analyst III (PeopleSoft HCM)

What you will do

• Process and maintain human resources information systems and applications supporting HR administration and business projects.
• Analyze HR information needs and design, modify, and maintain systems, including HR website content and functionality.
• Coordinate and lead moderately complex HR and HRIS projects focused on process improvement and streamlined procedures.
• Serve as a primary HRIS contact and internal consultant, recommending and implementing process improvements.
• Audit HRMS data, improve data integrity, and create customized queries and reporting tools for HR stakeholders.
• Design HR website pages using HTML and collaborate with IT, HR personnel, and end users.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of relevant HR or systems-related experience; additional education may substitute for experience.
• Deep understanding of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 and general knowledge of standard HR processes and practices.
• Experience with process review, requirements analysis, design, configuration, and testing.
• Ability to develop functional specifications, test scripts, configuration guides, and design documentation.
• Strong organization, gap analysis, data analysis, critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Technical knowledge of system and process design, HR policies, HR practices, and PeopleSoft HRMS.
