Substation Structural EIT/Coordinator

Location: United States locations in Saint Louis Park and Minneapolis, Minnesota, and Madison and Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Salary: $71,043–$103,362 annually in Minnesota

What you will do

• Assist senior engineers with substation site studies, site designs, contract documentation, and graphic presentations.
• Develop site layouts, grading plans, utility layouts, and drainage designs.
• Complete routine civil and structural engineering assignments using standard techniques and procedures.
• Support project management administration for civil and site projects.
• Work independently on small projects and support senior engineers on larger projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• Master's degree in Structural Engineering preferred.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate preferred; candidates hired without an EIT will be titled Coordinator and expected to obtain the certificate for career progression.
• Familiarity with MicroStation or AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with civil engineering software such as Bentley ConceptStation, Autodesk InfraWorks, Civil 3D, and specialty platforms such as OpenFlows.
