Claims Representative Internship - Summer 2027 (Insurance)

Location: Little Rock, AR, United States; on-site work and investigations required

What you will do

• Investigate claims, assemble facts, determine policy coverage, and evaluate losses.
• Analyze legal liability and decide whether losses should be paid or denied.
• Work toward claim resolution and participate in arbitrations, mediations, depositions, or trials when necessary.
• Ensure claims payments are issued accurately and on time.
• Support agents, policyholders, and other involved parties.
• Conduct investigations by phone, mail, and on site.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in college and entering the junior or senior year.
• Above-average written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to resolve complex issues and interpret data.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple assignments.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
