Claims Specialist (Personal Injury Claims)

Location: Virginia Beach, VA, United States. Complete in-office training, followed by an 80% on-site and 20% off-site work arrangement.

Starting salary: $22.34–$26.46 per hour, with a 10% evening-shift differential and a 20% weekend differential.

What you will do

• Manage incoming calls and collect accident facts from policyholders and involved parties.
• Investigate claim details, medical necessities, and casualty.
• Collect statements and guide customers through the auto insurance claims process.
• Resolve customer concerns and support a positive claims experience.
• Drive customer satisfaction through clear, empathetic interactions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy skills.
• Ability to adapt, pay attention to detail, prioritize, and multitask across platforms.
• Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs and measurable goals.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice to have

• Customer-facing claims experience.
• Active adjuster license.
• College degree.
