Auto Damage Trainee (Field)

Location: Manchester, NH; field territory covering the Concord/Manchester, NH area. This is not a remote role.

Salary: $61,500 annually starting salary; compensation is also listed as $30.53–$47.31 per hour.

What you will do

• Inspect and assess vehicle damage after accidents.
• Review insurance contracts and prepare vehicle repair estimates.
• Negotiate equitable settlements and manage rental cars.
• Coordinate with customers, body shops, rental companies, and parts providers.
• Resolve customer concerns and support a positive claims experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a college degree is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license meeting company underwriting guidelines required.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, empathy, adaptability, and prioritization skills.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Customer-facing or high-volume call-center experience with measurable performance goals is preferred.
• An active adjuster’s license is preferred; licensing and exam fees are provided during training.
