Auto Damage Trainee (Field)

Location: Cleveland, Ohio, United States; field territory covering West Cleveland, OH. This is an onsite field role and is not remote.

Salary: $56,375 annually starting, or $27.98 per hour. The stated range is $27.98–$43.75 per hour.

What you will do

• Inspect vehicles and assess accident-related damage.
• Review insurance contracts and prepare vehicle repair estimates.
• Negotiate equitable settlements and resolve customer concerns.
• Manage rental cars and coordinate with body shops, rental companies, and parts providers.
• Consult with involved parties and support positive customer experiences.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license meeting company underwriting guidelines required.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, empathy, problem-solving, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Customer-facing experience and high-volume call center experience with KPIs are preferred.
• An active adjuster’s license is preferred; training and exam fees are provided.

Hiring process

• Complete hirify.global’s paid trainee program, including three weeks of hands-on training at the Ashburn, Virginia facility and two weeks at a field training center in New York, Texas, or California.
