Location: Los Angeles, CA or New York, NY; on-site. Travel to client sites may be required, including outside the primary office location, state, or region. Remote or hybrid work may be permitted on certain projects, but on-site attendance is required when dictated by client or project needs.

What you will do
- Guide project teams through project setup, requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment for Applied AI implementations.
- Review project deliverables and provide feedback.
- Identify project risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies.
- Lead stakeholder interviews, client workshops, and other client meetings.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Contribute to mentorship, recruitment, strategy, and methodology improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in systems integration, implementation, SDLC, or project management.
- Experience implementing AI, ML, or Applied AI systems.
- 3+ years of consulting or professional services experience.
- 1+ year of organizational change management experience, including large-scale change strategies.
- End-to-end SDLC experience covering requirements analysis, design, development management, testing, and delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information systems, computer science, business administration, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience in Media & Entertainment or Consumer Products.
- Experience at a large consulting firm.
- Training in Lean Process Improvement, Six Sigma, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with at least two package or custom solution implementation projects.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel.
