Consultant - Applied AI

Location: Los Angeles, CA or New York, NY; on-site. Travel to client sites is required as determined by project scope, including locations outside the primary office, state, or region.

What you will do

• Create and refine client-ready consulting deliverables with the project team.
• Document user requirements, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and meetings.
• Test new systems and technologies and support system implementation projects.
• Provide project status updates, weekly reporting, and PMO support.
• Guide junior resources in deliverable creation and PMO activities.
• Build client relationships and contribute to recruitment, strategy, and methodology initiatives.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional experience, including at least 1 year in a consulting firm.
• Experience implementing AI, ML, or applied AI systems and at least 1 year of system implementation experience.
• Experience with process mapping, workflow creation, or value stream mapping.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Experience working with project stakeholders, training system users, and meeting demanding deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information systems, computer science, business administration, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience in Media & Entertainment or Consumer Products.
• Experience at a large consulting firm such as Accenture, Deloitte, EY, Capgemini, or PwC.
