Salary: $111,400–$278,500 annual base pay

What you will do

• Design and deliver bespoke Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions for pharmaceutical and life sciences customers.
• Build proofs of concept that demonstrate the value of Generative AI solutions.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams in building, deploying, and scaling AI/ML solutions in production environments.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams from use case discovery through production deployment.
• Present AI solutions to non-technical stakeholders and serve as the primary contact for assigned client engagements.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and consultative delivery aligned with customer needs.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in the Life Sciences domain, preferably in Life Sciences R&D.
• Experience managing complex client projects in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and modern architectures, including Generative AI, foundation models, and agentic AI.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and manage multiple priorities.
• An advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.

Nice to have

• Python and LangChain/LangGraph experience.
• Experience with Supervised Fine-Tuning, Direct Preference Optimization, Proximal Policy Optimization, or Reward Modeling.
• Experience deploying Machine Learning models at scale on Azure or AWS.
